Kore launches Kore AI across all twelve applications
The assistant can now answer questions spanning bookings, orders, reviews, messaging and payments, and act on the answer.
Kore has made its AI assistant available across every application on the platform. Because all twelve apps read and write the same records, the assistant can answer questions that span the business rather than a single tool.
“Which customers have not ordered in sixty days” is not a reporting question in most software stacks. It is a data project. On a shared core it is a sentence, and the follow-up is another sentence: draft the win-back offer and schedule it for Thursday.
What it can do
- Answer questions across bookings, orders, reviews, conversations, tickets and payments.
- Draft campaigns, review replies and customer messages in the account’s established voice.
- Create coupons, tasks and scheduled sends, with a human approving before anything goes out.
- Surface patterns nobody asked about: a menu item appearing repeatedly in one-star reviews, for instance.
Kore AI is included on all plans at no additional cost. Nothing it drafts publishes or sends without explicit approval.
