Rob Siudek steps into the Chief Operating Officer role

Three years after joining as CIO, Rob Siudek takes on operations. Restaurants by Kore.co and the automotive tools are among the work he has led.

Rob Siudek joined Kore.co in 2023 as Chief Information Officer, and has played a key role in the company’s growth since: bringing teams together, improving operations, and turning ideas into practical solutions. Earlier this year he stepped into the role of Chief Operating Officer, recognising the leadership and strategic direction he brings across the organisation.

Restaurants by Kore.co

One of Rob’s most significant contributions has been helping lead the development and launch of Restaurants by Kore.co, the all-in-one restaurant operating platform. Working alongside product, development, sales and customer success, he helped shape a connected platform that brings together the tools restaurants rely on every day.

  • Reservations by Kore.co. Book directly from Google, Maps or the website.
  • Online Ordering and Delivery. Commission-free orders, direct to the kitchen.
  • Merchant Processing. Integrated payments with no hidden fees.
  • AI-powered VoIP phone. Never miss a call, even after hours.
  • Reviews and reputation. Build trust and respond to guests automatically.
  • One connected ecosystem. Every tool a restaurant needs in a single platform.
By bringing these solutions together into one connected ecosystem, Restaurants by Kore.co helps operators streamline daily operations, create better guest experiences, and spend more time focusing on growing their business.Rob Siudek, COO, Kore.co

Automotive and locksmith

Rob’s leadership has also expanded Kore.co’s presence in the automotive and locksmith industries. By building relationships with manufacturers, distributors and industry partners, he has supported the continued growth of the Generation 3 SmartBox and the PMK Programming Tool.

  • Generation 3 SmartBox. The most advanced key programming tool for automotive professionals: faster, smarter, and built for the modern shop floor.
  • PMK Programming Tool. Precision key cutting and programming in one device, trusted by locksmiths and automotive shops across North America.
Whether it is a restaurant owner losing bookings or a locksmith turning away jobs, it is the same problem: good people held back by tools that don’t work together. Helping fix that is what gets me out of bed every morning.Rob Siudek, COO

What drives him

  • Customer first. Every decision starts with the question: does this help our customers succeed?
  • Practical solutions. Great ideas only matter when they work in the real world, for real businesses.
  • Connected thinking. Siloed tools slow businesses down. Rob builds platforms, not products.
  • Measurable impact. Innovation is measured in outcomes: more reservations and fewer missed calls.

What is on the horizon

  • Expanded AI voice capabilities, coming soon.
  • A multi-location dashboard, in development.
  • A next-generation SmartBox firmware update, due Q4 2026.
  • A loyalty and guest marketing suite, on the roadmap.
